"Black Beauty"

In 2022 Daneholz Great Danes was fortunate enough to be offered a stunning black Dane, by the name of Black Beauty ? aka BB. BB Joined us from Victoria where she was living the high life with her dad Adam on the beautiful Mornington Peninsular. Her breeder Tracy of Olympasdanes knew that I was ready to add another Dane to my home and reached out to see if I was keen. It was love at first sight and BB joined us at the end of January at 2.5 years old.

While B had never been in the ring before, I instantly knew that she would do very well with her flashy personality and exceptional structure and movement. At almost 3 years old, BB entered the ring for the first time at a NSW Dane Club Dane Specialty, where she won her class and went on to win Reserve Challenge! What a debut!

With limited showing, BB won a Runner Up Best in Specialty show at the next Dane Specialty! Sadly, BB would prefer to be running around our acreage and chasing horses with her Shepherd brother ? Frank, than being a showgirl. After achieving her Australian Title, we decided that showing was not for our spectacular girl, and she was retired to be a farm dog, with her trusty sidekick.

In 2024, BB was mated to Rommel, my BISS Aus. Ch. Ikatchn Showpiece and produced 11 beautiful babies.

Daneholz retained two of BB and Rommels babies:
Daneholz Imperial Ingo - Black Male
Daneholz Doppelgangerin - Harlequin female.
